Exion And Maizey Distributing New Improved Street Warrior LED Module

The new ‘Street Warrior’ features upgrades and improvements that offer further benefits to sign makers and lighting specialists. The supply source for the chipsets have been improved, resulting in the new upgraded Street Warrior now being fitted with the latest Samsung LED diode chip, fully manufactured in Korea. The enhanced domed lens is defused and also provides smoother illumination.
The life-time of LED light is known to be approximately 50000 hours, but the most important performance factor is how long the brightness lasts to a 90% illumination. Samsung guarantees the 90% illumination to 30000 hours with constant colour temperatures within the same batch.

Very few LEDs on the market today can boast performance figures as high as this. When sourcing a good quality LED, the diode supply is critical and Samsung LEDs are produced to an exceptionally high standard.
A dramatically weakened South African Rand has seen a price increase in almost all sign making and lighting products, yet the positive news is that with the new ‘Street Warrior’ LED, the product itself has seen marked improvements even with a small increase in cost.

In addition, the 160 degree wide lens provides up to 10% savings on the quantity of modules required to obtain the same if not better light output. The ‘Street Warrior’ LED range will be on show at Sign Africa Durban, Polokwane, Cape Town and Nelspruit.
