Maizey Plastics presented its versatile product offering at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Johannesburg Expo. The event took place from 8-10 September, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, at the Gallagher Convention Centre, 9am-5pm.
Samples of the company’s wrapping films on display included Polycar and Polytruck (each compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV-curable inks, with an application temperature of 10 to 40°C).
Others brands included Avery Dennison (for example MP12636 Stucco textured self-adhesive film), Grafiwrap films and laminates (such as LAMx45 and LAMx30 ultra thin transparent laminates), Cover Styl’ architectural films for surface finishes and refurbishments, as well as Metamark interior architectural films (featuring finishes for interior transformations).
Connect-it modular framework solutions were also at the stand, which enable users to build frameworks using square or round tubing without needing to weld, using square ( available in sizes of 19, 25, 38 and 50mm) or round (38 and 25mm) steel and aluminium tubing. Vinyl rolls stands and pylons made out of Connect-it corners and clips were present.
Customers could also learn about the range of the company’s available textiles such as those of SoTex, M-Jet, and JM (Junkers and Müllers), as well as PLEXIGLAS materials, which include GS, XT, Satinice and LED.
Lamin8 wrapping tools, designed for enhanced application ease were displayed and included squeegees, blades, gloves and bubble pens, which were situated alongside an Audi RS 3, used to demonstrate the many capabilities of the products that comprised the Maizey Plastics stand.
