Vivid Laminating Technologies will exhibit the EasyMount (EM)-1600 SH and EasyMount (EM)-S1400H wide format laminating systems from their award-winning EM range at Sign and Digital UK (24-26th March 2015 in NEC).
The EM-1600SH has a solid, heavy-duty construction with variable speed and temperature controls. It consists of a single hot adjustable roller, reverse function and foot pedal. It features adjustable castors for levelling on an un-even floor, a swing out feed tray and safety guard. An adjustable pressure gauge on the silicon rollers ensures perfect results every time and the ability to mount and laminate simultaneously.
The EM-S1400H laminator includes self-gripping mandrels, a single take-down mechanism, and a built-in media take-up unit, meaning that reel-to-reel lamination is now possible. It can easily laminate signs, roll-up banners, window graphics and more.
These laminators have an impressive laminating speed of 5m a minute and a large 130mm diameter top roller. The systems can also mount up to 25mm in thickness and include Vivid’s magic eye safety feature as standard.
