SEIKO W-SERIES

SEIKO H-SERIES
The ColorPainter H2-104s/H2-74s high-speed series integrates Smart Pass Technology 3 with Dynamic Dot Printing Technology. The series prints revolutionary higher quality images while maintaining the high print speed of its predecessor. The fastest print mode achieves 100sqm/h (4-colour mode). The printer is best suited for high volume printing in short turnaround times and features nozzle compensation and cp manager connectivity.
GRAPHTEC FC SERIES
Graphtec’s Flatbed cutting plotters fulfill a wide variety of cutting applications where roll-feed cutting plotters are not suitable because of thicker rigid substrates such as chip boards, paperboards and micro-flute.
For designers and engineers in manufacturing design, engineering and product development, the tabletop model FC4200 series, or the larger FC2250 are excellent choices to cut sandblast rubber for masonry as well as sign templates. Graphtec’s flatbeds are capable for full cut through on media that doesn’t have a backing sheet, and rigid card stock that cannot be bent.
J-STAR INKS
The eco-solvent inks are imported from Japan, are Cyclohexanone-free and have a 2-3 year outdoor durability with a worldwide patent on their smart ink pack.
There are three different variants of the ink and two are for the Epson print heads. The odourless S-EP-Series is for those in the office environment and the M-EP-Series (mild, low smell ink) is for those who are more price-conscious. They are perfect for all Roland, Mimaki and Mutoh printers. The third ink, the K-SK series (no smell), is for Konica print heads for HP and Seiko printers.
EZEE APPLICATOR
The company will showcase the first South African manufactured flatbed application table, the Ezee Applicator. The machine is ideal for desktop vinyl and print applications and no compressor is required.
The machine was conceptualised and developed over a period of a year by engineer Kevin Richards, who co-owns Ogwini Engineering with two partners. The machine cuts out valuable time in applying printed media to any rigid substrate in minutes instead of hours and all this is done with no need for a squeegee or water.
