Practical Publishing organisers remind dedicated visitors to Sign Africa, that this event is now incorporated into FESPA Africa taking place from the 2-4 July 2014 at Gallagher Convention Centre.

‘The Sign Africa expo will not be at the Sandton Convention Centre this year in August,’ said Charnia Yapp Director at Practical Publishing. ‘As announced last year, we have formed a joint venture with international exhibition organiser FESPA and launched FESPA Africa, which is set to be the largest expo in the region to date.’

FESPA is a global federation of associations in 37 countries and an exhibition organiser which covers all aspects of wide format digital printing, garment decoration, screen printing and signage. FESPA Africa will be co-located with Africa Print which is targeted towards commercial printers, which gives attendees a full range of applications and opportunities to explore during their visit.

Dyelan Copeland, Director at Practical Publishing said, ‘Sign Africa and Visual Communications Africa were successful, well-attended events. By partnering with FESPA, we have been able to rebrand them as FESPA Africa and offer an enhanced proposition and new experience for African business audiences, at a time when they need global expertise and insight to help them embrace the opportunities of wide format print. Johannesburg is the perfect location for FESPA Africa, with an excellent infrastructure and connections to other major cities in sub-Saharan Africa.’

FESPA Africa 2014 is set to be the largest exhibition in the region to date after securing commitment from major industry players, with a large number of companies confirming their most significant presence to date. FESPA Africa and Africa Print 2014 is 50% larger than the 2013 edition of Sign Africa, Visual Communications Africa and Africa Print 2013 organised by Practical Publishing.
