Midcomp showcased the HP Designjet L26500 printer and the Summa SummaCut D140 at the Sign Africa Bloemfontein RoadShow.
The 1.5m L26500 is perfect for those starting up their signage business. With print speeds of up to 23sqm per hour and instantly dry and ready to use prints, the printers create greater productivity and turnaround time for your business. They offer a broad range of outdoor and indoor applications with a vast range of media to choose from.
The SummaCut D140 has an intuitive control panel which allows you to quickly change settings like speed, pressure, plot mode and perform test cuts. The OPOS X contour-cutting alignment enables you to die-cut valuable printed vinyl graphics with complete confidence and reliability and the newly designed high-speed cutting head features precision accuracy for exceptionally reliable and effortless vinyl cutting. The machine boasts cutting speeds of up to 112cm (44 inches) per second.
Also showcased was the Anajet Sprint. The digital garment printer produces outstanding digital colours and effects on a wide variety of garments, textile materials and decorative items. With the Sprint, you can print a 25,4cm x 25,4cm (10” x 10”) graphic in one minute or less. You can also print digital quality graphics on black and dark garments in three minutes or less (one pass for a white base, the second pass for colour).
