Graphix Supply World (GSW) has been appointed as a distributor of MTEX’s digital textile printing solutions in Africa. GSW will showcase MTEX’s solutions at FESPA Africa, taking place from 2-4 July 2014 at Gallagher Estate, Johannesburg.

The company’s range of products, which include bulk ink systems for more affordable ink cost reduction and are built on Mimaki Engineering platforms include:

MTEX 5032
This high-quality direct sublimation printing solution enables you to achieve brilliant and vivid colours in wide format fabrics up to 3.2m wide for applications such as light boxes, home textile decoration, flags and more. It has an electro-pneumatic device system which prevents deformations and stepping problems that normally occur on digital textile printing equipment.

MTEX 1800
This exciting direct-to-fabric sublimation printing solution with integrated fixation is the ideal and affordable solution for sign makers and graphic display professionals. All machine options are controlled by an intuitive and easy-to-use control touch screen with a UFI (User Friendly Interface) for RIP control and network connection.

MTEX 500
The flexible digital textile solution comes in two versions: the MTEX 500P, which is specially adapted for polyamides, lycras and stretched fabrics and has a unique feeding system and an integrated horizontal dryer, and the MTEX 500C, which is ideal for all fabrics. The machines have adjustable speed and torque settings for different print speeds and different kinds of knitted and woven fabrics. The strong and adjustable infrared dryer guarantees printed fabric is dry without any ink smudging and a better fabric stability for post-treatment.

MTEX Turbo Sub
This machine features printing speeds up to 110 sqm/h and maximum resolution up to 1200 dpi. It has an electro-pneumatic device system which prevents deformations and stepping problems that normally occur on digital textile printing equipment. The synchronised roll feeding system is ideal for achieving outstanding material stability, without oscillations.
