Metamark MD-100 three year calendered digital vinyl, as well as Metamark MD-FL440 (440gsm PVC event banner print media) were selected for a recent motorsports project. Having last run in 2020, the Jack Frost Stages Rally made its return to the Croft Circuit on Sunday 7 December 2025. The event is firmly embedded in the UK’s colourful rallying and motorsports culture.
Dave Todd and his team from EPF Graphics helped make the event the visual spectacle everyone expects, providing participants with the event’s mandatory graphics, and taking a key sponsorship position itself. Todd is himself a familiar face in motorsport circles and his company has a towering reputation for the technical merit of the work it undertakes. EPF’s work has graced participating vehicles, and the entourage that supports them, in many formulas on two and four wheels.
EPF demonstrated on the day that the requirement for graphics that only have a short-term application doesn’t have to mean that quality is sacrificed. The company, under Todd’s leadership, maintains an attitude to quality that radiates through everything it makes.
Todd and his team provided the event graphics’ design and produced the needed IDs for vehicles ready-to-apply. Metamark materials were used including MD-100 which delivers MD-Class colour fidelity and is expressly produced for short-term applications. MD-FL440 was elected for the banner advertising used in the event.
Across eight special stages totalling 45 competitive miles, crews tackled a layout that evolved throughout the day, from crisp daylight sprints into a dramatic two-stage finale run in darkness. The transition added risk, spectacle, and that unmistakable Jack Frost character and rally unpredictability. Central servicing kept teams close to the fans with a paddock that felt open, informal, and deeply connected to the enthusiasts. EPF’s graphics attracted a lot of eyes on the day.
