Aleyant Announces Enhanced Print Workflow Solution

Aleyant Announces Enhanced Workflow Solution

Designed to work alongside any existing web-to-print (W2P) platform, Aleyant’s new PDF2Press adds flexible file injection options and seamless archiving support for Amazon Web Services (AWS) subscribers.

PDF2Press Pro now supports file intake from a wide range of sources, including email inboxes, cloud storage platforms, API endpoints, customer upload forms, and internal users. These new input methods eliminate bottlenecks and manual steps in the job intake process, allowing print providers to centralise and automate production-ready file preparation more easily than ever before.

‘Our customers told us they needed a better way to handle files arriving from everywhere – email, Dropbox, portals, you name it – and we listened,’ said David Graves, CEO of Aleyant. ‘PDF2Press Pro brings next-level flexibility to file ingestion, while our AWS archiving option adds peace of mind through long-term storage and compliance.’

With automated preflighting, file fixing, proof generation, and production file output, PDF2Press Pro significantly reduces manual touchpoints and streamlines the prepress stage. The latest release also introduces optional AWS integration, enabling customers to automatically archive processed jobs to their existing Amazon S3 storage buckets.

Key Benefits:

– File ingestion from multiple sources: accept files from email, cloud drives, APIs, customer forms, and internal staff, without complex IT set-ups.
– Automated prepress: preflight, fix, proof, and imposition.
– W2P agnostic: integrates into most existing web-to-print platforms through API.
– AWS archiving: securely archive processed files to existing AWS S3 storage accounts.
