Visitors to the Sign Africa Bloemfontein RoadShow were impressed with the Ezee Applicator on display on Sytech Supplies’ stand at the Sign Africa Bloemfontein RoadShow, with a machine being sold to Bloemfontein Repro Services on the day.
The Ezee Applicator EZ2000 is ideal for vinyl and print applications. A compressor is required and application size is 2000 x 1250mm. The machine was conceptualised and developed over a period of a year by engineer Kevin Richards, who co-owns Ogwini Engineering with two partners. The machine cuts out valuable time in applying printed media to any rigid substrate in minutes instead of hours and all this is done with no need for a squeegee or water.
The Seiko ColorPainter W-54S printer was also showcased. The printer uses high viscosity inks and an ultra modern piezo-inkjet head to deliver outstanding image quality with no colour density loss. The improved dot pattern enables razor sharp, crisp images at all print modes. Choose between high-production modes with unmatched print speeds, or high-resolution print modes with less grain.
