Sakurai Releasing MS-80All Cylinder Screen Press

Sakurai Cylinder Screen Presses are the accepted print engine for the overlay, membrane switch, and credit card markets. And the workhorse MS-80All, like the MS-80A, are ideal for use on a myriad of industrial applications, such as: specialty finishing, glitter, soft touch, flood, spot coating, tagless labels, heat-applied transfers, pressure-sensitive applications, printed circuits, electronics and more.

At SGIA, screen printing experts from Sakurai and industry partner Natgraph will be on hand to assist screen printers and trade binderies in custom designing a printing drying and curing system to match their specific requirements. Also demonstrated will be the high-resolution CST DLE Screen Imaging System, now available from Sakurai. Four CST models are available with a maximum sheet size of 1.5×1.5 metres.

Ryuta Sakurai, president of Sakurai USA, Inc., and its parent, Sakurai Graphic Systems Corporation, Japan, will participate in this year’s SGIA to welcome visitors and provide screen printing and technology expertise.

‘We are anticipating an excellent, well-attended SGIA Expo and we expect booth visitors to be looking to Sakurai for drying/curing solutions as well as computer to screen imaging,’ said David Rose, general manager, Sakurai USA, Inc. Sakurai cylinder screen presses are available in sizes from 52.07 x 71.12cm (20.5×28 inches) to 121.92 x 160.02cm (48x 63 inches). And the Maestro prints on a wide range of substrates, such as plastic film, paper, board, and foil with accurate spot coating and special effects.
