Polyprint To Unveil Powder-Free DTF Solution

Polyprint’s new Powder-Free DTF solution integrates liquid adhesive technology using DuPont™ Artistri® JA1100 Jettable Adhesive, bringing a cleaner and more advanced approach to DTF transfer production. By replacing traditional powder application with a digitally printed adhesive, Polyprint enables decorators and print service providers to simplify their workflow, improve the working environment, and produce softer, high-quality transfers with consistent, reliable wash performance.

It will be unveiled for the first time at FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, taking place in Barcelona from 19–22 May 2026. Visitors will be able to experience the system live at the Polyprint booth and see how powder-free DTF can open the next chapter in garment decoration.

‘Digital DTF printing has grown rapidly, but the process still comes with challenges in powder handling, working conditions, consistency, and operator comfort,’ said George Benglopoulos, President and Managing Director of Polyprint. ‘With our new Powder-Free DTF solution, integrating liquid adhesive technology using DuPont™ Artistri® JA1100 Jettable Adhesive, we are redefining the DTF workflow, eliminating powder while delivering a cleaner, more controlled and scalable approach to textile printing.’

Polyprint FilmJet Mini One-In-All DTF print solutions

Alongside the Powder-Free DTF solution, Polyprint will also showcase the Filmjet Mini DTF printer series, a compact all-in-one platform designed for easy operation, fast setup, and reliable daily production.

Available in two widths (33cm and 60cm) and different printhead configurations, the Filmjet Mini series was introduced in late 2025 and is built to meet the needs of both entry-level users and growing businesses.

The Filmjet Mini integrates a printer, powder shaker, curing oven, embedded mini PC with integrated RIP software, and a filtration unit into one compact system, that simplifies setup and ensures consistent, high-quality output.

‘Providing reliable and accessible entry-level garment printing solutions has always been at the core of Polyprint’s approach. With the Filmjet Mini series, we continue that legacy by offering a true all-in-one DTF system that simplifies the process while maintaining consistent, high-quality results. By integrating multiple functions into a single platform and focusing on user comfort, we enable both new and experienced users to operate efficiently and confidently’, Benglopoulos continued.

New 8-Colour DTG printer

Polyprint will also present a new 8-colour (CMYKRGBO+W), DTG printer, the Texjet Mini, expanding its DTG technology with a wider colour gamut and a modern, standalone workflow. The new DTG system offers a print size of 35x45cm, is designed to deliver vibrant prints, simple operation, and the reliability expected from Polyprint’s next generation of garment printing systems.

‘In short, Polyprint will focus on three key directions : cleaner DTF production, compact and accessible DTF systems and next generation DTG printing,’ George Benglopoulos concluded.
