HP has announced its newest model in the HP Latex FS Series. The HP Latex FS70 W printer is the most productive HP Latex printer ever made and features enhanced flexibility and scalability.
The machine delivers stunning print quality in 3.2m, uses HP water-based Latex technology, and runs 20-50% faster than the HP Latex 3000 series, with speeds as high as 162sqm/hr.
It also has advanced features which include: upgraded ink pumps (providing faster ink flux to the printheads and enabling faster print modes); redesigned service station for enhanced printhead cleaning and stunning image quality; new dual water nozzles to clean the wiping area; and dual blade wiping for robust printhead cleaning at each pass.
Users can print longer runs unattended with confidence. The secondary cleaning roll enhances printhead cleaning and eliminates ink build up by providing a clean wipe at every pass.
Up to 10 litre colour ink cartridges enable overnight printing for longer periods without worrying about running out of ink. Six litre white ink cartridges are also included. An ink collector can be installed, as well as an overcoat remover, leading to improved sustainability.
HP also launched an HP Productivity Kit, allowing customers who own an HP Latex FS platform (e.g FS50 or FS60) now or in the future the ability to upgrade their machines.
Also included is enhanced HP PrintOS Production Hub software, which features more intuitive and smart analytics, and even more unified order intake, including e-commerce.
