Graphix Supply World launched a number of new products across two halls at this year’s Sign Africa Expo, which took place from 22-24 August. Exhibiting a number of Mimaki’s new products, together with new Arlon media, display systems, finishing solutions and textile printers, GSW recorded the highest number of deals signed at a show in the history of the company.
The company attributes the good sales to supplying affordable quality products and offering a one-stop-shop supply solution to the print and signage industries. With something for everyone, from mom-and-pop shops looking for entry-level solutions, to multi-national print houses needing fast production solutions, GSW have it all.
Last year, GSW introduced their new in-house finance offering, which has enabled customers to start and/or grow businesses, in tough economic times, when obtaining finance through lending institutions can be challenging.
Together with Mimaki Engineering, leading manufacturers of wide format inkjet printers, affordable original Mimaki ink solutions have been provided to help customers lower their print cost, and stay profitable. Mimaki BS3 ink enables printers to produce the same high quality work, for less, by lowering print costs and remaining competitive in the marketplace. Mimaki BS3 ink lowers ink costs by up to a third, without risking damaging machines with unreliable third party ink.
Revolutionary new technology from Mimaki drew many people to the stand, to witness in particular, revolutionary UV Solvent ink technology, in the Mimaki JV400-160 SUV printer on display. Available in 1.3m and 1.6m wide, the new ink technology combines the flexibility of solvent ink with the durability of UV cured ink. The JV400-SUV printer delivers a smooth, glossy print result, which is incredibly durable, vibrant and flexible.
