Arlon Series 2100 High Performance Cast Film
Series 2100 2mm (50 micron) cast film is extra formable, providing exceptional conformability, even on deep recesses and channel constructions on vans. The advanced adhesive system is designed to perform well on a wide variety of substrates, including rigid sign faces, banners, and painted metal. Series 2100 is available in 67 vibrant colours. With outdoor durability up to 12 years, it withstands adverse climate and environmental conditions.
Arlon Series 4100 Translucent Calendared Film
Available in 14 colours, the flexible, 3mm (75 micron), calendered film is made for easier handling. It features exceptional cutting and weedability. Contrasting blue liner on white makes for optimal cutting and weeding. It is ideal on flat, exterior and interior, backlit applications, and includes excellent adhesion to flexible and rigid substrates, with 3-5 year outdoor durability.
Proflex Pro-Color
Proflex Pro-Color combines the protection of paint protection film (PPF) with incredible colours to transform your car. These cast acrylic sheets are made from 100% virgin methyl methacrylate monomer (MMA), ensuring that the highest quality product is achieved. They have been certified by Underwriters Laboratories to UL-94HB, which is the highest flammability rating obtainable for acrylic sheet with 92% light transmission. ASTARIGLAS® TESSEMATT S And TESSEMATT DS
TESSEMATT is the name for the ASTARIGLAS® range of matt satin-textured cast acrylic sheets. The name comes from the Latin word ‘tessera’, which means a small cube of coloured glass used for ornamental purposes. This is a new innovation of high quality recycled and recyclable cast acrylic sheet. We use very high purity (≥ 99%). Depolymerised-MMA (DMMA) as a raw material is exclusively made in our own facility to produce high quality recycled and recyclable cast acrylic sheets with equal quality as cast acrylic sheets produced from virgin MMA. It provides superior quality in optical clarity, weatherability, physical properties and chemical resistance, bringing the concept of recycled acrylic sheet to the next level.
ASTARIGLAS® DN
This is a specially formulated cast acrylic sheet designed to achieve the perfect balance between a rich, dark daytime appearance and optimal light diffusion for night-time brilliance.
