Createx (Pty) Ltd part of the FI Group of Companies, based in Cape Town, an established supplier of textile media to the printing industry has signed an agreement as the sole distributor for the Twinjet printing machines and Inkwin Inks in South Africa and Southern Africa and will launch two affordable printers, the Twinjet SJ-3216 PRO eco-solvent printer and TX1816 PRO direct to fabric printer complete with fixation Unit at the Sign Africa Cape Town Expo, taking place from 29-30 May at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
An added advantage of the Twinjet SJ-3216 Pro is it can be converted to a paper sublimation printer with water-based sublimation inks. The 3.2m Twinjet SJ-3216 PRO eco-solvent printer has two fifth generation Micro Piezo Electric Epson DX5 Print heads. Micro piezoelectric printing technology; variable ink drop technology; elimination of Pass strips with graded Pass combination technology and RIP Support USB2.0 data transmission interface (standard configuration).

The TX-1816 PRO is a Direct to Fabric High-Speed Printer with Water-Based Sublimation Inks.
The TX-1816 Pro can handle up to 1.8m wide printing on textile materials, providing a high-quality printing up to 1440 dpi at double the conventional printer speed. Its ‘progressive pass compensation’ technology provides the perfect printing solution for indoor, outdoor and household textile application. It has a steady mechanical structure and large capacity exhaust air-cleaning system.

- High Speed: Alternate arrangement of 2 DX5 heads, output reaching 55sqm/h. Print strike-through and thermal radiation pre-coloration system guarantees the unique performance of double-sided image.
