Caldera reported a successful FESPA London 2013. The company exhibited different ranges of their products and updates including and new industry specific web-to-print solutions, together with the latest version of the Caldera’s flagship productivity software, Flow+ 2.0.

The Flow+ 2.0 was one of the biggest draws to the stand, as many visitors marked out the solution as a high priority before arriving at the show, and were given thorough demonstrations on the stand by the Caldera team. 

Among their special interest products in the Caldera portfolio was the fully integrated workflow, RIP, web-to-print, digital signage solution and variable display which are designed to help established sign-makers and printers make the move into the profitable area of digital screen technology. 

Sébastien, vice-president of marketing and communications at Caldera said, ‘We are delighted with the reaction we received at FESPA 2013, not only for our new offerings but also for our established RIP and workflow solutions. It was a high-quality show with a very high calibre of visitors and the feedback we have had from both current and prospective customers has been universally positive.’

The combined software and hardware package garnered plenty of interest, and Caldera has revealed its intentions to invest in market education in this area to help sign-making businesses understand the benefits and overcome the challenges of expanding their offering with digital signage.

Joseph Mergui, Caldera’s chief executive officer stated that FESPA 2013 was a landmark show for Caldera and they are at the beginning of a new global push, reaching further than their position in the top echelons of wide-format software into vital new markets. They have worked hard to bring their customers the solutions they told them they needed, and they are pleased to say that those who visited Caldera at FESPA were inspired by what they saw. Even more positively, there are plenty of new customers who are looking to take advantage of their forward-thinking production and business tools.

‘Many of the business owners we spoke to are beginning to see the opportunities available to them by adding digital signage to their product portfolios, instead of being concerned that the digital revolution will take revenue away from their businesses.This is an important step forward, and it is something we will be building on in the very near future’, Mergui added.

Caldera will continue to present these and other significant product developments at exhibitions around the world this year, including SGIA in Orlando, FESPA Eurasia, FESPA China and the Viscom shows in Paris, Düsseldorf and Milan.
