Visitors could learn more about Allrich’s range of new signage and printing solutions at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo. The event was held from 8-10 September at the Gallagher Convention Centre.
The following products were showcased:
OSCAR EDGE 1605 Acrylic Edge Polishing Machine: features include a high-speed diamond polishing and trimming spindle, multi-profile edge machining, integrated automatic feeder, precision position display, spindle variable-frequency controller, built-in dust and debris management, and safety controls.
OSCARCUT PLOTTER OS 1600 plotter machine: features high precision material feeding system, huge blade force cutting system, camera positioning system, WIFI transmission system, and LCD touchscreen supporting multiple languages.
OL-1700-D4 PRO laminating and cutting machine: features adjustable tungsten steel cutters, ruler on laminator table and rollers, automatic material bar lock, as well as solid, seamless steel tube and silicone roller.
EZ-II CNC Engraving and Router Machine: features fast speed and high accuracy ensured by gear transmission, hand held controller, automatic lubrication system, 1300 x 2500 x 200mm working area (X, Y and Z) and a spindle speed of 18000 RPM.
EVAN-30 30W Fibre Laser Marking Machine: features high-speed marking, with numerous applications including auto parts, hardware, serial numbers, barcodes, logos, packaging, medical devices, metals, plastics, manufacturers information, and much more.
SOLVOPRINT® EASY DOT® matt, glossy, clear and transparent dot adhesives: guarantees a bubble free application, also for outdoor applications up to one year, reversing printing allows the inside application on shop windows (clear media).
Premium ink solutions: these include AT Inks and SAM INK for a wide range of applications and are renowned for their low odour, scratch-resistant and fast-curing properties, feasturing high adhesion, sharp transfer, high stretchability, and dark vivid colours.
ABM700 acrylic line bender: a useful tool for softening and bending acrylic, organic glass, PLEXIGLAS®, PVC, PC, ABS and PP sheets into shapes and can be used for sign-making. It can handle up to 700mm sheet lengths. It comes in two widths, 700 and 1300mm wide.
Printheads and genuine spares: these include high-precision print heads, flush solutions, as well as self and auto-fit cartridges.
Display and branding equipment: the company’s display items and branding equipment spans counters, brochure holders, and director’s chairs, as well as pull-up and wall banners. Samples of vinyls, films, wallpaper, floor graphics and aluminium composite panels were displayed.
