Vic Bay And OneOff Exhibiting Garments And Printing Solutions

Vic Bay clothing wholesalers and its printing business OneOff will exhibit at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo, taking place from 8–10 September 2026 at Gallagher Convention Centre.

Vic Bay is a South African wholesale apparel supplier, manufacturing-led, with fully integrated local production rather than importing. They supply blank apparel stock specifically to resellers, promotional apparel businesses, and uniform suppliers, sourcing locally the raw cotton where possible. Their products includes T-shirts, golfers (including a Melangé golfer), hoodies and fleece (including zipper hoodies), jackets, kids apparel and track pants.

Visitors at the expo can learn more about the company’s new premium 220g T-shirt range, available in 11 colours: black, white, navy, mid-blue, teal, moss green, lilac, sand, cream, peach, and deep red. Sizes run through small to 4XL.

OneOff is a South African custom apparel and printing company, offering decoration across the full range: standard DTF, DTF++, 3D DTF, UV DTF, embroidery, and screen printing. The company serves both individual customers and businesses, from once-off personalised orders through to corporate uniforms, team wear, and bulk reseller production.

At the stand, the company will run live demonstrations and physical samples across its full decoration range, giving visitors a hands-on look at what each method can do on real garments.

Standard DTF: OneOff’s core direct-to-film printing process, using CMYK colour across 4 ink channels. Reliable, full-colour prints suited to everyday custom apparel orders at any quantity.

DTF+: the expanded print process, running 13 ink channels including CMYK, white, RGB, orange, and four fluorescent inks (fluorescent yellow, pink, green, and orange). This gives a significantly wider colour gamut than standard DTF, including fluorescent tones, available on every DTF++ order.

3D DTF: a raised, tactile print finish, achieved through selective layering, print is built up in stacked layers and bonded using two heat press passes. It is strongest on bold logos and graphics. Fine linework and small text are not recommended for this method.

UV DTF: the same core print technology as DTF++, applied with a distinct visual effect: prints that reveal additional detail or glow under blacklight/UV conditions. A striking option for event wear, nightlife apparel, and standout branding.

The event is sponsored by Roland and Stixo. Please register online for free attendance to the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo, co-located with Africa Print, Modern Marketing and Graphics, Print and Sign.
