Visitors to the shared ACA Threads and Smart Digitising stand at Sign Africa And FESPA Africa Expo 2026 will discover complementary solutions designed to support professional embroidery production, from high-performance embroidery threads to professional digitising and vector artwork services. The event is taking place from 8-10 September 2026, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, at Gallagher Convention Centre.
ACA Threads will showcase a selection of speciality embroidery threads from Madeira and AMANN, highlighting solutions for a range of embroidery applications, including fashion, workwear, corporate branding and promotional apparel.
The featured ranges will include:
Madeira: Polyneon Green, Classic, Frosted Matt, Sensa, Reflect and CR Metallic.
AMANN: Isacord Recycled, Isacord Recycled UV, Isacord Multicolour, Isamet and Isatexlight Glow in the Dark.
The selection demonstrates the breadth of specialist thread solutions available to embroidery professionals, including recycled, UV-resistant, reflective, metallic, matt and glow-in-the-dark options.
Alongside the thread showcase, Smart Digitising will demonstrate its online platform for professional embroidery digitising and vector artwork. Visitors will be able to see how embroidery designs and artwork can be submitted online for digitising or vector conversion, obtain free quotations and manage their orders through the online portal.
The platform also offers fast turnaround times and AI-powered stitch count estimation, helping embroiderers streamline the artwork preparation stage of their production process.
Together, ACA Threads and Smart Digitising provide two important elements of professional embroidery production: quality thread solutions and professionally prepared artwork. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore both solutions and discuss how the right combination of materials, technical expertise and artwork preparation can contribute to consistent, high-quality embroidery results.
