One of the pillars Change 1 Woman (C1W) promotes is mentorship, alongside providing women in the industry with access to training information, networking events and promotion on the industry media. C1W supports Printing SA’s PrintHER Mentorship programme and Charnia Yapp, founder of C1W and Sign Africa expo organiser, has been a mentor in this first group.
A recent Coffee & Cake catch up was a highlight for Yapp, who said, ‘It was so good to learn more about each other in real life. Our topic for the gathering was aptly networking. We heard some inspiring stories of how networking alone has created incredible growth.’
