Designed for 900mm wide format DTF printing, the Super-B900 is perfectly compatible with the EPSON SureColor G6070 and most 900mm DTF printers on the market.
By integrating powder spreading, powder recycling, drying, and smoke purification into one compact system, it significantly reduces manual labour while improving overall DTF production efficiency. It features a 900mm wide drying zone, ensuring full coverage of commonly used DTF films. Uniform heat distribution allows DTF hot melt powder to cure evenly across the entire design, delivering professional, repeatable results for both large graphics and high-density prints.
An integrated automatic powder recycling system collects excess DTF powder during operation, keeping the workflow clean and efficient. This system minimises material waste, reduces operating costs, and supports a more sustainable DTF printing process.
The built-in negative pressure smoke purification system effectively removes oil smoke generated during DTF powder drying, preventing leakage and contamination. This keeps the machine clean, protects internal components, and ensures long-term stable operation, ideal for apparel factories and print shops with strict production standards.
The Super-B900 is equipped with 8 high-efficiency heating tubes arranged in an upper and lower dual-layer structure, providing fast and uniform heating. This design enables rapid curing of DTF hot melt adhesive powder, producing smooth, flat, and elastic DTF films that are ready for reliable heat transfer. The machine is optimised for DTF printers with two print heads or fewer, making it a perfect match for small to mid-scale DTF production lines.
