Tapetech, importers and distributors of quality DTF consumables and related accessories, exhibited its products at the recently held Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo. The event was held during September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The company, which was exhibiting for the first time at the event, showcased DTF film (double matt, 8 second hot peel), which ensures better registration during the printing process, and absorbs and holds ink well, with no running.
Tapetech’s DTF inks work on any printers that use Epson printheads, and its maintenance and trouble shooting fluid for cleaning printheads helps dissolve clogging, which can be done over the course of a weekend, with little supervision.
While there are many different types of adhesive power, such as fine and course, Tapetech provide ‘medium’. Garment samples were present at the stand, which have been through over 50 washes, showcasing adhesive quality as well as how the image can outlast the garment itself.
