In modern channel letter and lightbox production, connection points remain one of the most common causes of long-term failure. Traditional methods such as taped joins, standard crimps, or unsealed solder points often degrade under vibration, heat, and moisture exposure.
The EXION heat-shrink wire connector addresses these challenges by combining mechanical bonding electrical conductivity, and environmental sealing in a single solution. When heat is applied, the internal weld ring forms a secure electrical bond, while the outer shrink tubing compresses tightly around the insulation to help protect against moisture ingress and mechanical stress.
This solution is particularly suited for aluminium channel letters, LED module installations, and high-volume fabrication environments where reliability and consistency are critical. It is designed for the signage and fabrication industries.
