STAHLS Introduces Screen Press Attachment For Upgraded Productivity

The Hotronix Stampinator® 480 is a 5-in-1 attachment that simply mounts onto most commercially available automatic presses, transforming them into an inline heat press. Users can upgrade their automatic screen press into a full-blown inline heat press with the attachment.

Designed for screen printers who need to stay on top of on-demand production, this add-on lets users flash-dry, cure, smooth fibres, and even apply transfers, all within the same cycle they’re already printing.

Once installed, users can: pre-press garments to compress fibres and create a perfectly flat surface for ink application; flash-dry inks (plastisol or water-based) in just 2–7 seconds; cure finishes and specialty inks on the last print head; and apply DTF or screen-printed transfers, HTV, foil, rhinestones, etc.

All of this happens inline, so users eliminate extra handling steps and bottlenecks. This boosts output from roughly 20 shirts per hour up to a staggering 480 per hour.

What sets this version of the Stampinator® apart is that it’s powered by trusted Hotronix® heat press engineering, featuring award-winning digital temperature control and precision-built, U.S.-made construction to deliver:

– Consistent heat distribution across the entire cast-aluminum platen, avoiding cold spots that can undercure ink.
– Precision manufacturing tolerances that guarantee repeatable results, shift after shift.
– Warranties (lifetime on the heater, two years on the controller) and 24/7 ‘Blue Ribbon’ support.

If a user already owns an automatic screen printer and wants to increase output without buying a separate conveyor dryer; expand services to include on-demand transfers, DTF jobs, or specialty applications; or improve print quality by smoothing fibres and ensuring even cure; then the Stampinator 480 is ideal.

It’s equally at home in high-volume shops that need to speed up bulk orders and in custom-print studios looking to diversify offerings without investing in a standalone heat press.
