Signarama Southern Africa franchisor, Kurt Tyack, received the ‘Team Player of the year Award’ during a recent visit to Barcelona for the United Franchise Group (UFG) International Masters Conference.
The award was based on the assistance, involvement and guidance provided to UFG and other Master Partners around the world. ‘It is great to be recognised for our contributions to the UFG ecosystem’, said Tyack. ‘There are obvious advantages to be being part of a larger network of like-minded business people, and my team and I are always available to help others.’
As part of the visit to Barcelona, the Signarama Master Partners from the US, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India and Singapore were invited for a VIP visit to the HP EMEA Headquarters in Barcelona.
During the visit, the team was able to review the latest product offering from HP, as well as being given a presentation detailing the state of the sign and graphics industry. In short, in a global economy which is cooling down due to supply constraints and inflationary pressures, the sign and graphics industry continues to show growth. This is mainly due to the ability of the industry to be able to pivot and chase demand in high growth sectors.
