The successful Sign Africa Port Elizabeth expo, held on 27 March at the Boardwalk Convention Centre, attracted 325 visitors from around the Eastern Cape, including East London, Queenstown, Somerset East, George, Kirkwood, Grahamstown, Graaff-Reinet and Bathurst, to name a few.
Visitors were inspired by the latest technologies and trends in wide format digital printing, garment decoration, screen printing and signage.
Exhibitors had positive feedback about the event:
‘It was a busy day with many visitors showing interest. Visitors were also extremely happy that they could see so many products without having to travel to Johannesburg,’ said Kevin Roy, Graficomp.
‘The expo was great and we have had a few really good leads. Feedback from customers is that they are looking for different solutions, especially our rigid board print capabilities,’ said Anja Kirton, Fujifilm.
‘It was an excellent expo with real quality visitors. We were busy most of the day demonstrating our solutions to visitors – a great show,’ said Graham Beck, Chemosol.
