Available in 8-colour (CMYKLkOrGrRe) and dual CMYK configurations, the TrueVIS XP-640 offers the ultimate blend of image quality and productivity, allowing users to print higher-quality output faster. In standard mode, the 8-colour configuration allows for the widest colour gamut at speeds of up to 15.2sqm/h on vinyl, while the 4-colour setup produces vivid prints at a rapid 22.5sqm/h.
Perfect for high-volume production, the XP-640 uses new TH ink for more economical usage per millilitre and introduces the latest True Rich Colour print setting to deliver the highest TrueVIS image quality while using less ink.
Two larger staggered printheads eject finer ink droplets at higher densities for high-resolution output with fewer passes.
The True Rich Colour preset combines vivid colours with neutral greys, smooth gradations, and natural skin tones to produce beautiful graphics. A new red ink cartridge expands the colour gamut, delivering vibrancy and maximum colour expression.
The machine ensures efficient and accurate production of a wide range of applications with diverse media support capabilities. Low-cost TH inks and low ink consumption equal outstanding cost performance. It is equipped with perforated sheet cutting to reduce post-processing time and an LCD panel for intuitive operation.
