Roger Cook has joined the Central Chamber team in the position of regional manager. He has over 14 years of hands-on experience in the printing and branding industry, an his career is driven by a deep passion for optimisation, excellence, and leadership.
Beginning his journey as a printer operator, Cook quickly proved himself not only as a skilled practitioner but also as a strategic thinker and technical designer. Through practical industry experience and ongoing professional development, he went on to streamline the operations and production processes of several large signage manufacturing companies, significantly improving efficiency and output.
Among his proudest achievements is the design and manufacture of 3D inflatables for well-known brands such as Guinness and Lindt, as well as 3D illuminated signage for leading South African retailers like Pick n Pay and Omoda. These projects highlight his ability to blend creative design with technical execution at a high level.
His approach is shaped by a simple but powerful belief: ‘Practice makes perfect.’
He is passionate about teaching, leading, and helping others realise their full potential, whether in the workplace or through mentorship. His core values, integrity, excellence, work, and relationship, underpin everything he does.
