New ORAGUARD® PPF2715 GF+ Paint Protection Film (PPF) is engineered for exceptional clarity and durability. This high-gloss PPF features advanced self-healing technology to reduce the appearance of fine scratches while providing long-term protection against environmental damage.
This PPF is the perfect solution to maintain a vehicle’s brand new look. Features include: top-coated polyurethane film, transparent, glossy, excellent UV resistance and a self-healing surface. The surface has a low surface energy (lotus effect) and a particularly high chemical resistance. The migration of dirt into the film is effectively prevented by the surface coating, which prevents yellowing.
The product is used for the protection of sensitive surfaces against particularly strong mechanical forces in interior and exterior applications. It is designed for the protection of car paints e.g. front and rear bumpers and side skirts against stone chipping and scratches, and is recommended for bonding to even and slightly curved surfaces.
Furthermore, it is resistant to a range of solvents and chemicals including water, sulfuric acid (10%), hydrochloric acid (10%), bird droppings (pancreatine), tree gum, gasoline, motor oil and isopropanol. Its release liner comprises Matt PET (siliconised on one side, 75μm) and features a solvent polyacrylate adhesive (permanent).
