NUtec Digital Ink Launches UV-Curable DTF Ink For Decal Production

NUtec Digital Ink Supports Long‑Term Ecosystem Restoration

Designed for LED-UV printers, Ruby R10-DTF ink delivers smooth decal transfer and clean release performance without the need for weeding, helping print providers significantly reduce production time and labour costs. By eliminating the manual weeding process associated with traditional vinyl applications, workflows are streamlined with faster turnaround times for customised and short-run jobs.

Ruby R10-DTF offers excellent adhesion on DTF A films applied onto a wide range of substrates, including glass, metal, wood, plastic, ceramic and many other commonly used promotional and decorative surfaces. Its high-opacity white ink, vibrant colour reproduction and outstanding coverage on dark, tinted and metallic materials, ensure eye-catching results across a variety of applications.

The R10-DTF formulation has been developed for stable jetting and fast curing performance on DTF, PET and paper-based A-films, enabling consistent output and reliable print quality in demanding production environments. Whether producing branded gadgets, promotional products, personalised items or decorative graphics, users can achieve sharp detail, vibrant colour and durable performance with every print.

‘We are excited to announce our new Ruby R10-DTF inkset which has been developed to help our customers simplify production and respond more efficiently to the growing demand for fast-turnaround customised decal printing,’ said Darren Claassens, Head of Sales and Marketing at NUtec Digital Ink.

Compatible with Epson® I3200™, I1600™ and XP600™ printheads, Ruby R10-DTF provides a versatile UV DTF solution for print businesses looking to increase efficiency while maintaining exceptional decal print quality.
