NSDS has been appointed as the Southern African representative of Matsui screen printing ink products. Matsui has been making PVC and Phthalate-free inks for many years, and boasts a range of products which are OekoTex 100 Grade 1, as well as Intertek certified. Matsui also offers an online downloadable colour matching system, making it quick and easy to match any Pantone colour available.
These water-based inks run equally well on automatic carousels, and are very similar to plastisol inks in that they will not cause blocking in the screens. They are free of all banned substances, and the soft feel of the print is unrivalled. Printed garments are as durable as plastisol, but being water-based, clean-up is quick and easy, and the variety within the product bouquet means there is an ink for almost every application.
