Midcomp will be launching the first HP Latex R2000 on the African continent at the upcoming Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo, taking place from 12-14 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The HP Latex R Series merges the flexible printing capabilities of HP into rigid printing. The series brings the most vibrant colours into the rigid printing world, and pioneers white ink capabilities with the introduction of HP Latex White Ink.
A wide range of other HP Latex innovations will be showcased.
These include:
-HP Latex 1500; prints up to 45sqm/hour, automatically prints double-sided backlit applications, prints are dry and scratch resistant immediately after printing.
-HP Latex 570; a 1.6 metre wide printer, which allows users to load rolls in one minute or less with the spindle-less pivot table and skew automatic adjustment. It runs unattended and produces highly saturated prints with up to 50% more ink density using vivid print modes.
-HP Latex 335 Print & Cut; expand into wider applications with this 1.63m (64 in) true print and cut solution.
-HP PageWide XL 8000; balancing speed, quality, and cost in printing applications once meant sacrificing one benefit for another. XL8000 prints 18 x A0’s per minute or 1079sqm per hour.
-HP DesignJet T830; the machine reinvents how architect, engineering and construction professionals print, scan and copy.
