HEXIS Certification Demonstrates Commitment To Graphics Arts And Visual Communication Sector

Initially approved as ISO/TS 16949 by the ISO International Standards Organisation, IATF 16949 specifies requirements for quality management system processes that promote continuous improvement, the prevention of defects and the reduction of non-conformance and scraps in the supply chain.

HEXIS has been awarded IATF 16949 certification for its Frontignan site, the Group’s head office. This standard is internationally recognised as a benchmark in the automotive industry.

In order to obtain this quality standard at its Frontignan site, HEXIS has adopted a culture of risk assessment and prevention within its organisation, with the implementation of robust processes, rigorous quality controls and efficient management systems.

‘With a quality management system certified according to the IATF 16949:2016 standard, HEXIS makes the quality of services transparent and demonstrates the efficiency of processes all along the value chain,’ said Guillaume Leonardon, QHSE and CSR Director.

This certification is a key step in HEXIS’ commitment to provide high value products and services for the benefit of its clients in the graphic arts and visual communication sector.

‘This accomplishment, which is the fruit of the work of HEXIS employees, demonstrates our commitment to our clients by offering them an additional guarantee of the quality and reliability of our products. This will also enable us to explore new opportunities and broaden our presence in the global market of car manufacturers,’ explained Caroline Mateu, President of the HEXIS Board of Directors.

The certification for its second production site at Hagetmau is already in progress and is scheduled over the course of the first quarter of 2024.
