Graphix Supply World will open its new state-of-the-art Demo Centre in February 2013, in Cape Town. The demo centre is a research, development, and testing area where customers can run their products on the latest technology.
In addition, demo centres around the country, including Johannesburg and Durban are also being updated with state-of-the art technology, in-line with GSW’s ethos of keeping its customers ahead of the competition.
The Cape Town demo centre enables customers to compare their existing equipment to other equipment that they are considering purchasing, and it provides visitors with hands-on examples of what they can achieve with the latest technology. Customers can use the site to run extra print jobs, or consult with GSW’s expert in-house print applications support experts.
Graphix Supply World benchmarks rates and capabilities so that they can determine how closely they can meet their customers’ requirements.
Managing Director Robert Franco said, ‘The equipment installed in the demo centre is working every day. Interested customers can spend as much time as they’d like going over the details of the equipment to make sure the purchase is right for them.’
