Graphix Supply World (GSW) has launched the Metalnox PTS 12000 that offers attractive cost savings in a number of areas. While one piece is being pressed, the operator can prepare the next one, yielding a higher production speed.
The PTS 12000’s ECO-PROFIT system reduces power consumption by up to 35%. It comprises of an exclusive Multi-Spot Temperature Control (MSTC) that ensures maximum quality prints without wasting process power. Fitted with three power-supply spots, it allows an even distribution across the thermal platens, maintaining colour consistency and low costs.
Clever design features deliver a superior quality print every time. The suction system is a pioneer option designed to prevent the transfer paper from becoming stained or from causing shadows on the fabric upon removal of the paper from the press. The upper heating platen features double Teflon coating, casted-in heating resistance and milled-in aluminium to provide a uniform pressure over the entire platen area.
