Graphix Supply World Exhibiting Leading Brands At FESPA Africa And Sign Africa Expo

Graphix Supply World will exhibit its wide range of solutions from leading brands at the FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo, taking place from 7-9 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.

Some of the many products on display include:

The Kongsberg XP introduces a completely new standard for digital cutting tables. It is designed so solidly that it provides accurate handling of even the most challenging materials. Its durable construction enables the XP table to provide full time production, 24/7. The finishing device is no longer the bottleneck in your production. It was made especially for handling the combination of corrugated board and other rigid or roll materials used in POP products and product displays. The machine will be shown with the relevant i-cut Suite, Automation Engine and ArtiosCAD software.

The multi-function dual calender is designed to per-platen thermal sublimation print transfers on cutout/located pieces for continuous basis. Its pioneer dual felt protection system allows for eliminating the use of Kraft paper because in this case, coils of re-used transfer paper can be used for to do the same job. The CMD 1800 has a digital speed dial that allows you to better control your production. This machine allows for continuous printing, i.e., there is no need for manual feeding in of workpieces and paper during operation.

This product is ideal for dye-sublimation transfer printing (paper to textile) as well as for dye fixation of direct printed dispersed dyes or pigments. The precision guiding of the long belt and the lack of lateral movement of the paper and fabric make it possible to print with the highest degree of edge sharpness. The stable temperature of the thermal oil and the electrically heated drum are designed to give you excellent colour brilliance. The machines are suitable for all kinds of materials like woven, stretch, knits and non-woven.

The company will also showcase its new High Performance Media range.
