The high quality sheets are extremely impact resistant, which means they can provide comprehensive solutions for both indoor and outdoor use. The main applications are: displays (POS/POP), signage, glazing, lettering, partitions, machine safety guards, vending machine fascias, and safety glazing (sports centres, penal institutions and other public buildings).
IMPEX® is available in not only standard thicknesses from 1-15mm, but also in special thicknesses of 0.8mm and 20mm.
IMPEX® sheets are easy to fabricate, show an exceptional performance at both low and high temperatures (from -40°C to +135°C) and are in their standard grades easy to vacuum form (pre-drying required). They feature a very good fire performance for thicknesses from 1.5 up to 6.0mm according to EN 13501-1 (B-s1, d0).
IMPEX® UVP
The IMPEX® UVP sheets with UV-protection are polycarbonate sheets with both sides featuring a co-extruded UV protection layer and very good weather resistance, especially for outdoor applications. These include: lighting covers, balcony glazing, glazed walkways, sound barrier walls, greenhouses and conservatories, doors and windows, canopy roofs and barrel vaults.

IMPEX® Standard
The IMPEX® Standard range comprises a comprehensive variety of large format extruded polycarbonate sheets which are virtually unbreakable and have excellent optical and mechanical properties. The product range includes clear transparent, opaque and opal as well as transparent colour shades (bronze and smoke-grey) and various textured surfaces (Haircell, Impala and Prismatic). The high impact resistance provided by the high-quality sheets mean that they are a comprehensive solution for both interior and exterior applications.
IMPEX® HC
These extruded polycarbonate sheets feature increased abrasion resistance. They are ideal for applications wherever an enhanced abrasion and chemical resistance is required. They also boast good impact resistance, especially for flat indoor and outdoor applications. They are also less sensitive against scratches and feature high resistance to many chemicals and solvents.
Applications include: displays (POS/POP), signage, lettering, shop design, shop window decoration, interior design, furniture, partitions, cladding, exhibition design, exhibition technology, model making, illuminated advertising, light boxes, glazing and construction businesses.
