AXYZ International released the larger-format integrated triple-head Trident 6010 hybrid digital print finisher.
In addition to a 10HP routing spindle, the Trident 6010 incorporates both oscillating and tangential knife-cutting units. These are interchangeable and are said to process virtually any type of rigid or flexible substrate, including aluminium, acrylic and plastics. A longer-stroke knife unit will allow the use of blades of up to 120mm in length for processing thicker materials.
Other features of the AXYZ Trident 6010 include a rigid steel construction, a vacuum deck, and an integrated helical rack and pinion drive system. Optional enhancements include an expanded Automatic Tool Change facility and the latest AXYZ Vision System.
