Visdom showcased its range of DTF printing solutions, as well as a laser cutting and engraving system, alongside a wide selection of heat transfer vinyls (HTV), at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo. The event was held during September at the Gallagher Convention Centre.
The majority of machines at the stand fell under the HD brand and included the following:
CT800L 80cm CO2 laser cutting system: for cutting and engraving, featuring CCD contour cutting, app-linked workflow and built-in air purifier.
U604 62cm 4 head UV DTF 3D textured transfer system: for textile decoration, including 3D textured patches and embroidery-effect lettering. It also features a CMYK + White + UV Varnish ink configuration, as well as a water-cooled UV-LED curing system, and built-in air compressor.
U301 33cm UV DTF system: for objects and textiles, including crystal transfer stickers, domed gel labels and textured HTV patches. It features an air-cooled UV-LED curing system, lamination pressure roller and adjustable vacuum for media handling.
YT602 62cm two-head DTF all-in-one system: for retail workspaces. It features integrated printing and powder curing, a speed of up to 9.5sqm/hour, all-in-one workflow, and built-in smoke control.
HC604 62cm CM 4 head DTF production system: for higher-output production. It features a speed of up to 20sqm/hour, automated powder flow, and dedicated smoke control.
HC301 + K300 30cm desktop DTF production system: featuring smart control, bold colour, and built-in cutter. The HC301 printer has 1 x Epson F1080 and runs at 0.95sqm/hour, while the K300 curing oven features a 30 x 43 cm baking area, independent and integrated smoke filter, bottom alloy heating, and a temperature and time range of 155-175 °C and 210-300 seconds respectively.
Also at the stand was a C300 DTF smoke purifier for 2-8 head systems and cleaner DTF production, featuring 10-level airflow and a mobile design, as well as a C200 DTF smoke purifier for 2 head systems and compact smoke extraction.
An AGP 2 head DTF printer, which comes with a HD SH600R shaker, was also showcased.
Visitors could learn about the company’s different types of HTV, ranging from flex vinyl to high reflective, which also includes glitter and soft mirror, as well as their 500 micron 3D PU media.
