Rexx Screen & Digital Supplies showcased its range of DTF, sublimation and heat press solutions, as well as its new sock and sleeve printing innovation, at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo. The event took place during September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
Visitors could learn about the following:
New 360° Sock & Sleeve Printer: Designed for full-wrap, all-round printing on socks, sleeves and other tubular items, this compact machine prints intricate, full-colour designs without any pre-treatment, opening up a new product line for a business.
KD1080-F1 high precision camera laser cutter: the machine can automatically recognise the features of the printed or embroidered fabrics, leather and other flexible materials, then cut with accuracy and efficiency. It has a working area of 1000x800mm.
Xinflying XF-450S UV 3 head UV DTF printer: guarantees ultra-high resolution, fast output and exceptional adhesion on glass, metal, plastic and more. It is ideal for premium custom UV transfers and delivers vibrant full-colour prints.
Xinflying XF-600S 4 head UV DTF printer: a next generation integrated printer combining 3D simulated embroidery with DTF printing technology. Featuring a printing width of 60cm, it delivers vibrant full colour prints with a unique raised texture effect that mimics traditional embroidery.
Xinflying XF-02000 4 head dye sublimation printer: featuring advanced technology, modern design and exceptional performance, the machine has a 3 litre continuous ink supply system, double print rail and precision print rollers.
Fedar FD5194E 4 head dye sublimation printer: the machine prints up to 180sqm/hour, a print width of 1900mm, intelligent fan dryer, bulk ink supply system, and full seal auto moisture and cleaning.
EasyTrans CP2815-3 cap press: engineered to solve major cap printing problem, featuring moulded platen to reduce creasing and scoring.
HP3804D-F clamshell heat press: includes semi auto-open function that saves time and works more efficiently, pull-out drawer, advanced LCD controller and optional platens. Multiple kinds of heat transfers can be achieved.

Project Rhino was once again co-located with Rexx Screen & Digital Supplies’ stand. Project Rhino sold merchandise at the expo to raise funds for this charitable cause.
