Gencotech Laser Marking (GLM) showcased DTF printing, laser solutions and more at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo. The event took place from 8-10 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
DTF solutions: these included FUNSUN UV DTF A1 6090, A2 4060 and A3 3050 flatbed models, and a roll-to-roll UV DTF printer. A LOCOR 600 DTF printer with shaker unit could also be seen at the stand, with the option of a filtration unit.
LOCOR 1.6m eco-solvent large format printer: features high speed, resolution and precision, with external fans and heater, media detector, anti-collision sensor, pinch roller, cable carrier, platform adjustment and silent guide rail.
GCC LaserPro X252 laser engraver: best value laser engraver with unsurpassed durability and quality. The machine includes 635x458mm working area, and is equipped with dependable sealed CO2 laser which offers a source of 80W and 100W power for mass production requirements.
GCC E200S desktop laser engraver: suitable for small businesses, it includes a standard water chiller for high production, SmartEyes onboard camera that allows users to preview the design to make positioning easy, and a colourful intuitive touchscreen interface.
Cutters: at the stand was a 1.6m GCC Jaguar V LX cutter for materials such as vinyl and canvas, as well as a FUNSUN flatbed vinyl cutter that comes with a suction bed.
FUNSUN double-sided hot laminators: there were two laminators at the stand in 600 and 300mm versions.
