Fortune Africa will launch its newest solution in textile printing at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo. Bringing industrial digital textile printing to South Africa, the H EASY DIRECT is built to print on virtually any fabric with speed, precision and confidence. This machine prints at over 600sqm/hour.
It can process cotton, silk, wool, polyester, nylon, acetate, linen, blended fabrics, and beyond. Powered by the latest Ricoh Gen 6 print heads, a high precision belt moving system and a professional fabric feeding system, H EASY delivers consistent colour, sharp detail and reliable production, shift after shift.
To complement the machine, a heat press for finishing is also available and can be included as part of a combo deal. Additional features include automatic ink supply, easy operation and industrial reliability. The H EASY has been designed for fashion, home textiles, soft signage and high volume textile production across South Africa and Africa.
The following machines can also be seen at the stand:
– YF-X1704: a high speed dye-sublimation printer that can print at over 130sqm/hour.
– YF-1702: a high speed solvent printer.
– YF-1700: a roll-to-printer with CMYK+W. At the stand are two machines, one of which has dual printheads.
– YF-6090: small UV flatbed printer, featuring CMYK+W and varnish, with three printheads.
– YF-2512: a UV flatbed printer that can print on thicker material, and can accommodate up to 12 printheads.
