Rajesh Lutchman has been appointed as president of the Board of Printing SA. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siyaka, a leading packaging manufacturer.
With three decades in the industry and hands-on experience, Lutchman has positioned Siyaka as a respected market leader through a clear growth strategy centred on successful acquisitions, expanded market share, and long-term value creation.
Lutchman also serves on the executive management of various boards of property development and equity firms. He is recognised for cultivating high-performance teams, fostering a results-driven culture, and developing strong leadership across organisations. His vision, resilience, and commitment to innovation continue to shape and influence, being at the forefront of any respective industry.
Lutchman assumes the role of President from Simon Downes, Chairman of Shave & Gibson Group. Downes took over the presidency at a point of stern contemplation of the organisation’s future. The association was fraught with a labyrinth of legacy structures and motives, and quaintly veering into a strategic crisis, positioning its long-term sustainability in dire straits.
Attesting to his intrepid nature, sage experience, and razor focus, Downes launched into re-establishing the raison d’etre of Printing SA. His impact is important, because it marks a significant turnaround for Printing SA, palpably evident in the current context, and more importantly in the years to come.
