Xanté Announces New Wide-Format Production Printer

Xante’s new XR126 roll-to-roll printer, a high-capacity, roll-fed, wide format production printer, is engineered to extend the proven reliability of Xanté UV flatbeds into a 3m roll-to-roll format.

The XR126 features up to four Epson i3200 printheads, Xanté HDUV inks, and Adobe PostScript iQueue Workflow.

‘We desired to create a roll-to-roll UV printer that literally performs every roll media print task needed by our customers. The flexibility of a maximum 3m (10ft) platform, the performance of simultaneous dual-roll printing up to 1.2m, each, and Adobe PostScript colour gives our customers the tool to perform every task,’ said Robert C. Ross Jr., President and CEO of Xanté.

‘The XR126 can mount up to three rolls simultaneously from 0.3-3m. Our thousands of UV flatbed customers can now add a roll-fed device seamlessly using one powerful workflow.’

Key Highlights:

– Adobe PostScript imaging.
– Industrial Epson i3200 printheads.
– Up to 3.2m roll capacity: accepts virtually any roll up to 3.2 m for grand-format productivity across banners, soft signage, wall coverings, and more.
– Multi-roll efficiency: load up to three rolls simultaneously; dual-print on 2 rolls in parallel.
– Powered by iQueue: end-to-end workflow with accurate spot colour matching, job costing, job nesting, panelling, colour profiles, advanced white ink control, and automated presets for quicker workflow.
– Built for uptime: industrial chassis, smart media handling, and front-to-back access to streamline roll changes and routine maintenance.

By standardising the Epson i3200 printheads, Xanté inks, and the iQueue Workflow, operators move between flatbed and roll jobs seamlessly. Shops consolidate consumables, maintain a single colour standard, and route jobs dynamically using the same interface and service model.
