Sign Africa Durban Signage And Printing Expo Kicks Off This Week

The Sign Africa Durban Regional Expo, taking place at The Durban ICC from 18-19 March, will feature many business opportunities for visitors to explore, such as: signage, T-shirt printing, wide format printing, digital graphics, vinyls and substrates, laminating and finishing, display and directional signage systems, routers and engraving, LED's, magnetic sheets, banners and flags and laser cutting.

Product experts from various leading companies, including sponsors Roland and Avery Dennison will advise you on the latest and most relevant products to help you grow your business.

Product highlights include:

Roland will exhibit the new TEXART RT-640. Developed specifically for textiles, the RT-640 provides superb quality, vivid colouring and highly stable performance. The RT-640 can add value to your business through a wide range of applications including apparels, signs, interior décors, and original goods.

Avery Dennison will showcase its new Decorative Architectural Film®. Launching soon, this premium-quality decorating material for indoor use can be used to renovate and upgrade interior spaces. It is available in a large variety of colours, including basic colours and wood grain patterns.

Midcomp will have the brand new Summa F series of digital cutters and routers on its stand. These advanced engineered cutting tables, manufactured in Europe, are capable of cutting sheet and rigid materials as well as roll stock. The company will also feature the HP Latex 300 Series.

Falcon will demonstrate the popular Hexis Supercast Range Hx 20000 Cast Vinyl Film. This product has excellent long-term durability. It can be both very thin and still very versatile, allowing application over surfaces that are curved, have rivets, screw tops or complex surfaces. The film preserves its colour even under strong deformation.

SA Argus will exhibit the 1060 laser system. The SA Argus 1060 is versatile and boasts a conveniently large working area, making it ideal for cutting and engraving on a wide variety of materials that are suitable for all industries. The working area is: 595 x 995mm.

Maizey's stand will feature the latest in a range of flatbed printable substrates, Cosign sign products, Cosign sign fixation systems, the new LumiLED lightbox, poster frames as well as digital print media.
